How My Journey Started
I never set out to question everything… but life had other plans.
It all began when I was pregnant with my son and regularly visiting my Osteopath. His insights challenged my thinking, sparking a deep curiosity about how much modern society has forgotten about health, nature, and our ancestral ways. That curiosity led me down an endless rabbit hole of mind, body, and soul exploration—and I’ve never looked back.
Today, I strive to live in a modern world while embracing primal wisdom, and I’m here to share what I’ve learned along the way.
